Matrix’s ACCURate Yarn Monitoring System is a highly precise and affordable yarn rate measurement system with the following attributes:

With a rapid return on investment ACCURate has the ability to continuously monitor up to five different yarn rates. Our engineers designed the system to be used with a variety of machines (even Lycra fed), as each yarn rate can have an individual set point, tolerance and calibration factor.

The essence of ACCURate’s design is the Yarn Rate Transducer, which is installed on one positive feeder from each group of feeders driven by a belt. Up to five different belts can be monitored. With each belt being monitored, the knitting machine can be stopped if it is out of tolerance (user specified number of inches /revolution). New fabric styles do not present a problem with ACCURate, as it can be placed in a set-up mode where only the current belt is monitored, and the machine will not stop for an out of tolerance condition.

The option of ACCURate communication with a host computer, the ability of the host to collect data, and the ability to generate reports to monitor yarn rate performance, makes the System complete.
