PRIMS is available in several versions:
- PRIMS - Automated for "Fully Automated Batching" (Bulk and Hand Scaling Systems)

Imagine the ability to respond to an FDA traceability request via an e-mail and .pdf file attachment that provides complete ingredient and food traceability information. You can satisfy compliancy demands of Title III of the Bioterrorism Act, with a click of the mouse. The food traceability and batch control system called PRIMS is production recipe and food batching system software for PLC controlled ingredient batching systems. It allows the user to create formulations and production schedules for the mixers and send them to the ingredient system PLCs. The batching is automated, while scaling deviations and ingredient usages are recorded. The food traceability and batch control system is also available in a version for those simply interested in replacing their manual scaling systems with only Computerized Scaling (see PRIMS-CISS below), and for those interested in performing only Food Lot Traceability or Tracking (see PRIMS-CLT below).
